Returns & Exchanges

All items can be returned, but only some items can be exchanged.

Many of the items on this site are made to order...which means when you buy it, we make that item just for you. For the on-demand items, if you'd like an exchange for a different size, you may have to wait 2-3 weeks for that item to be made in a different size.

Some items have a limited run, so we can exchange only if we have it in stock.

*For refunds and exchanges, the cost of the item will be refunded, but not shipping. If an exchange is available, The Forest Feast will cover the cost for shipping the new item to you. We'll send you a shipping label to print out and you'll need to drop it off at the appropriate postal service. Refunds will be made once we receive the returned item.
